Since opening its doors in January, Med Kitchen…has efficiently served Chicago Loop lunch and dinner patrons a mixed bag of Mediterranean fare. The counter-service spot allows diners to build their own sandwiches or plates with fillers like marinated grilled chicken kabobs or Greek loukaniko, toppings like hummus or crumbled feta and sauces like tzatziki or tahini. Pair sandwiches with Greek egg-lemon or lentil soup, or save room for baklava or homemade rice pudding.
